Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. You will be informed at the time of your purchase if an item is not returnable. Call customer service 770-866-1752
We realize that the 30 day return window may not be feasible for gifts and we will accept gift returns within a reasonable time frame. Simple email us at email@example.com to document the return.
If you return a gift, you may choose to receive a gift certificate or to have the buyer credited for the purchase price of the item

Repack your order:
Use the original packing materials if possible. If the original materials are not usable, use appropriate packing materials with plenty of cushioning. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging. Please take care to repack items carefully. If you are unsure how to do so please call us at 770-866-1752 for assistance. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Any order – aside from special or custom orders – can be cancelled before it’s shipped by the artist. To cancel, please email or call 700-866-1752. You will receive a refund within 3-5 days in the same payment method you used to place order.
Orders and shipping
We take orders from and will ship to any location within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We order flat rate shipping within the 48 contiguous states for $17.00, and for locations within Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada there is a flat shipping charge of $20.00 per order.
Returns and Exchanges
We warrant that our products will be free of physical defects. Please note that while each item is hand-prepared, there may be slight imperfections. Not all pieces are alike. That is the uniqueness of each and every carving.
In the event if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the item that is in its original condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase for exchange or for credit on future purchases (no refunds). In the event that it is damaged during shipping, simply ship the item back at your cost and we will offer free shipping to return item back. Please include your sales reciept and explaination as to the problem along with the product in its original packaging inside shipping box and send to:

How is shipping cost calculated?
Creative Carvings passes on our actual discounted shipping costs plus a minimal handling fee for most packages based on package weight. Weight is typically the actual wight of your package. This includes Jewelry Box quality box with decorative packaging material and exterior shipping package.
Occasionally Creative Carvings will offer a free shipping promotion – during the promotion your package will be shipping free of charges based on weight and geography, utilizing UPS Ground, USPS, or a combination of the two services.
Free shipping offers exlude freight items and are only in the contiguous 48 states.

All items are hand-made so please allow for 5-7 business daysto produce before shipping .
